Ride Support and Endorsement

Many thanks to the following, State of Tennessee, City of Chattanooga, TN, Tennessee Commission of Indian Affairs and Muscogee Creek Nation, without whom this event and its accomplishments could not have reached " epic proportion."  Without the endeavors of the Trail of Tears Remembrance Association, Inc., and its many supporters, various Trail of Tears routes might have been lost to history. We ask that all riders please thank the following organizations.

Event Support from the City of Chattanooga
The Trail of Tears Motorcycle Ride  has raised over $200,000 in Scholarship money since its inception rather than each year.

Click on the link above or on the document to the right to read the entire Proclamation as presented by the Mayor of Chattanooga, TN to the Trail of Tears Remembrance Association, Inc.

Event Support from the Muscogee Creek Nation

Event Support from the Tennessee Senate SJR0767 Signed by Gov. Bredesen on 5/10/2010

Event Support from the Tennessee Commission of Indian Affairs

And a special thanks to the many police escorts, cities, and towns which have contributed to this event:

Tennessee:  Chattanooga, Jasper, Fayetteville, Cowan, Pulaski, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee Highway Patrol;

Alabama:      Killen, Florence and the Alabama High Patrol.
